About This Wine
Piemonte, Italy. Vinified with Nebbiolo grapes coming exclusively from the “Rocche dell'Annunziata” vineyard, one of the historic crus of La Morra. Maceration lasts about three weeks and aged for 18 months in Slavonian oak barrels. Elegant and soft on the palate, it is characterized by balsamic, floral, fruity raspberry, and spicy notes.
On the nose, it is intense and complex, with floral notes of withered rose, fruity notes of raspberry, and small red fruits in alcohol, undergrowth and aromatic herbs. It is characterised by the balsamic note of eucalyptus and resin and finely spiced with licorice. Fresh, savory, enveloping and elegant on the palate, the tannin is sweet and resolved. A persistent and very fine wine.
