Old-school Barolo, no shortcuts, no compromises. Since 1885, the Brezza family has stood firm in their traditionalist roots—and this Barolo Classico is a masterclass in grace and structure. Sourced from vineyards in Barolo, Monforte d’Alba, and Novello, it blends a southwest snapshot of the region with 25-year-old vines and meticulous winemaking. Native ferment, extended maceration with submerged cap, malolactic in cement, and two years in large Slavonian oak casks—all before a final rest in cement and bottle. Elegant, layered, and unmistakably classic. If you're into Barolo the way it used to be, this one’s a must.
