Bright, floral, and full of heart, La Oveja (“The Sheep”) is Bodega Santa Julia’s first foray into natural white wine—and it’s a total charmer. Made with minimal intervention, native yeasts, and zero added sulfites, this fresh, expressive Torrontés brings the variety’s high aromatics and juicy acidity to center stage.
Bursting with white peach, jasmine, rose petals, and lemon peel, this light-bodied sipper is crisp, citrusy, and totally refreshing—perfect with spring salads, grilled shrimp, or your next rooftop hang.
Fun fact: La Oveja is named after a real lamb raised by the Zuccardi family during the pandemic—because even wines have stories.
