Potter Valley, CA / Monterey, CA. Skin-contact 50% Chardonnay, 27% Albariño, 13% Grüner Veltliner,. Organically farmed grapes. Chardonnay was machine harvested, destemmed, and fermented on its skins for 10 days with 3 pump overs daily until dry. Full malolactic fermentation.
This wine is fresh, textured, and exciting! Full of tropical fruit notes like pineapple and jackfruit with hints of honey & chamomile.
