About This Wine
Sebastopol, North California. Organic and sustainable farming. 85% Vigonier, 15% Sauvignon Blanc. The grapes were de-stemmed and spontaneously fermented on the skins for 6 days prior to pressing and finished fermentation in-tank. Prior to bottling, the Sauvignon Blanc was blended into the Viognier to increase acidity, soften the palate and add dramatic flare to the aromatics. Aromatic with notes of ripe stone fruits and citrus with a mineral finish. This wine is sunshine in a glass!
