Château Falfas, a historic Bordeaux estate rebuilt in 1612, is among the top crus of Côtes de Bourg on Bordeaux’s Right Bank. Known for its biodynamic practices since 1988, Château Falfas uses hand-harvesting, indigenous yeasts, and careful maceration to ensure elegant wines that showcase terroir.
