Papa’s Pilar Blonde is the first-ever “Blonde” rum, inspired by the light rums Papa Hemingway loved in Key West and Cuba back in the 1930s. Crafted from a selection of rums across the Caribbean, Central, South, and North America, this award-winning spirit is solera blended in American Oak Bourbon barrels and Spanish Oloroso Sherry casks. At 84 proof, it delivers a smooth, creamy mouthfeel with notes of crisp almond, rich butterscotch, and a touch of tropical pineapple, mango, and key lime. Perfect for a Hemingway Daiquiri, boat drink, or any tiki-inspired cocktail!
