Champagne, France. 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay. Organic. Located in the 100% Grand Cru village of Ambonnay, Coutier was founded in 1880. The Coutier family can trace their winemaking heritage in Ambonnay all the way back to 1619. The wine is bright, elegant, full-bodied, and mineral-driven with a strong backbone of fruit.
