Lite Werk Pink Lemonade is a low-ABV (7%) wine-like spritz made from re-fermented rosé and red wine pomace, blended with finished Syrah and Mourvèdre rosé. Infused with organic Eureka lemon zest and natural lemon extract, then finished with a light bottle refermentation using Champagne yeast.
